Her story is just one of a thousand, the story of a puppy in a cardboard box from the landfill. As if that box will protect her from everything that was waiting for her in life, that’s what those who throw puppies in garbage dumps think. But, as the song says, sometimes a beautiful flower grows in the dark, so Korana in the asylum grew into a beautiful, elegant lady. And you know what those big dogs are like – gentle, quiet, unobtrusive, good-natured… and that kindness and tenderness in the asylum environment often turns into insecurity, timidity and mistrust. That’s exactly what happened to Korana.
We dream for her, for the day when she will no longer be just one out of a thousand from the garbage dump, but one of the thousand happy ones, with her family who will teach her to relax and surrender to love 🥰.
