On a warm June day in 2019, Sara arrived at the shelter. Since then, we have watched her joy gradually fade away. Sara is a gentle, calm, and good-natured dog. Despite being here for almost five years, she has no canine band of her own, no buddies to play with, no one to share a bed with… The constant disappointment and harsh environment have taken a toll on her. She is always alone, withdrawn, and sad. The only thing she looks forward to is human interaction, but even that is rare in the shelter. Sara still has many years ahead of her. We hope to find her a loving family.
