Pirga has been in asylum since 2015. She’s an alpha female, albeit an unconventional one. If she were typical, she wouldn’t pay much heed to other dogs nor strive so ardently to assert her dominance. Consequently, we’ve always had to keep a vigilant watch over Pirga, monitoring her interactions and potential conflicts with other dogs closely.
Pirga isn’t one for joyous camaraderie within the pack. Hence, in recent years, she’s resided in a smaller enclosure with two male companions, Tommy and Zoo. While she harbors no animosity towards people, her difficulties primarily lie in her interactions with dogs, especially females.
We share this not to disparage Pirga’s plight, but rather in the hope of finding a compassionate soul who can empathize with her fears and inner turmoil. We seek someone special who can bring the solace Pirga so desperately craves. Love is all it would take. With it, Pirga would no longer feel the need to react defensively to unfamiliar dogs. She would know security and affection, liberated from the confines and anxieties of the asylum, akin to a bird taking flight. It would mark a profound transformation after years of solitude.
And as for love, Pirga would excel in reciprocating it. As fervently as she displays intolerance towards other dogs, her affection for her human counterpart would be equally passionate and unwavering.
