When he arrived at the shelter he was 4 months old, he was very suspicious and avoided contact with humans. At every touch Billy would freeze in fear, and it took a lot of personal talks to explain to him that not all humans are bad. Eventually he understood, and now he approaches us, shy and quiet, expecting to be given a little attention, to be shown that he too is worthy of love and tenderness. Billy, quietly and unobtrusively follows us in our work at the shelter, hoping that we will probably stay with him forever. In relation to other dogs, Billy is quiet and withdrawn, avoids quarrels and spends most of the day in a hidden place, in peace and quiet. Billy, a quiet, gentle and modest young male with soft fur and eyes that need to be loved, is looking for people to belong to and whom he will give his love.
