Kylie was born in March 2021, and she still doesn’t know that life can be beautiful.
She was barely two weeks old when she ended up in our shelter together with her mother and the rest of the puppies. Someone had abandoned them in the woods.
Over the past five years, Kylie hasn’t had many reasons to believe that the world is a safe place. She has been through some difficult experiences and has had to change yards and surroundings several times. And when you’re this small and sensitive, every change can be stressful.
Kylie is like a little butterfly – she flutters and jumps at every little breeze, and when she gets really excited, especially when it’s getting close to dinner time, she turns into a tiny excavator 🦋.
She weighs around 10 kg, is vaccinated, microchipped and spayed, and is currently at our shelter in Sanski Most. She may never be the bravest dog in the park, but with the right person, she could finally experience what it means to be happy.
And then, once she finds her peace, perhaps she’ll stop digging tunnels and jumping at every little sound.
