About Pink

Imagine if Pink had the chance to grow up normally, in a loving family, in her own cozy home. What a heartwarming tale that would be…. as it is, we can’t say much good about her. Yes, Pink is very lively. Yes, she is nervous and timid. Yes, she digs holes in the ground. Yes, she barks at the dogs on the other side of the fence. But when all that unfolds on the surface, then we see that Pink is just a little storehouse of a hole full of energy and love that does not have the opportunity to express itself in the way it should be – in long walks, in cuddling with her people, in playing with other dogs , in trips, adventures, in safety… And that’s why that little storehouse of energy and love wants to explode in the small yard in the asylum, always experiencing  the same days with her sisters, in sadness and boredom.

Pink arrived at our asylum in March 2021. She was only ten days old. Even now she is small, not even ten kilos,  just picture how small she was then. Can you imagine how she lived these years in loud bark, among much bigger dogs, every day with only one urge – to survive, to come closer to the hand to pet her, to get that biscuit, to jump over the fence, to leave … to start a true life. If only there was that real life for her, then she would be some different Pink, that we would write eulogies about.

Shall we admire her beauty and goodness? Are we going to laugh at the videos of Pink doing her antics? Will we shed tears watching her sleep peacefully in human’s arms? It depends on you. More precisely, it depends on one special soul who will recognize Pink as his darling and his source of inexhaustible joy and love.
